Classroom management software Net Control 2 PRO

Net Control 2 Pro Edition is an advanced version of Net Control 2 classroom management products; it is specially designed for large networks, which use several sub-networks (VLANs) or consist of hundreds of student groups, when centralized management of groups and connections is necessary. Provides the better support and compatibility for one-to-one and BYOD network environments.

PRO EDITION	STANDARD EDITION
Centralized management of Net Control 2 workspace, groups and connections are stored and managed on a dedicated server computer (Connection Server) and are available for all Instructors, who have access to the server	Net Control 2 groups and connections (workspace) are stored on an Instructor computer and are available only for Instructors of this computer
Computers will be registered in the workspace not depending on VLAN configuration.	Default network scan routines may not detect computers located in other VLANs than the teacher computer is located.
Student self-registration mode is enabled by default: any student can select and connect a teacher computer from a list of available teachers. Works in multi-VLAN environment.	Student self-registration mode is disabled by default; when enabled, works within current VLAN only.
Multi-level group structure: groups may be placed into other groups (containers)	Groups are not nested.
Individual access rights for every group. Administrator may grant access to a group for particular Instructors only.	Teachers have full access to all groups.
Group may consist of computers or users (not depending on physical computers, where these users are logged in).	Groups consists only of computers addressed by IP address or DNS (host) name
Features of Teacher Console may be limited for particular teachers with View profiles. The profile will remain the same for all computers, where this teacher is logged in.	Features of Net Control 2 Administrator Console may be limited with View profiles. View profiles are stored on teacher computer and are common for all instructors of this computer.
