Upgrade Rules
- Each purchased or upgraded on a paid basis license includes 24 months (for Standard and PRO Editions) or 12 months (for SmallClass Edition) of free upgrade period.
If you have purchased or upgraded a previous version of Net Control 2 software on a paid basis after May 23, 2023 (for Standard and PRO Edition), or after May 22, 2024 (for SmallClass Edition), you are eligible for free upgrade.
- Registered users of previous versions of the software, who purchased or upgraded a previous version of Net Control 2 software (any edition) on a paid basis not earlier than 5 years ago (after May 23, 2020), are eligible for special 50% upgrade discount.
To upgrade the software free of charge or to obtain the upgrade discount, please contact us directly at http://ask.netcontrol2.com or contact the reseller where you have purchased the previous version of the software.
